Amy Armitage

Amy Armitage is the Founder and Co-chair of the Human Capital Investment and Reporting Council (HC IRC), an executive peer group for human resource, investment and finance leaders engaged in sharing and developing next practice solutions to the measurement of workforce investment, contribution, and wellbeing.

She serves as a Program Director at The Conference Board on health and wellness topics.  Amy specializes in building executive communities and curating senior level forums and has developed and managed over a dozen peer networks and more than 200 webinars. She has served as a talent management consultant in three global consultancies and as a researcher, author and speaker on strategic talent management issues and behavior change.
