Coursera hosts thousands of top courses from the leading academic institutions (Stanford, UPenn, Johns Hopkins and more). They allow you to explore lectures and non-graded material for free. If you’ve always wanted to learn how to code, or are considering a new degree and want to “test the waters,” this is an excellent resource.

Khan Academy is always free and is an excellent site especially for Computing, Engineering, Economics and Entrepreneurship courses. They also have a great series of career profiles.

Microsoft offers in-person and online IT training on all of their products and applications. If you are serious about a career in IT, there are several certifications you should consider. There are free eBooks available for download.
